DESIGN FOR A SUPPORT AND LEG FOR FURNITURE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 36,236, dated February 24, 1903.
Application filed January 12, 1903. Serial No. 138,771. Term of patent '7 years.
To all whom, it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOSEPH KEPPLER, a citizen ofthe United States, residing at NewYork, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Support and Leg for Furniture, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof, and which is a perspective view of a support and leg, showing my new design.
As illustrated in the drawing, the leading or material feature of my design consists of the outline or configuration of the support and leg, in conjunction with the surface ornamentation thereof. The surface of the support and leg is ornamented by the representation of two Katzinas a and h, each being an Indian god, arranged side by side, one Katzina having a round head or face a, while the otherhasasquareheadorfaceb.
