DESIGN FOR A FOLDING-BED CAQE.

Be it known that 1, CHARLES L. GAMER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Ohicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Folding-Bed Case; and I do hereby declare the following to be afull, clear, and exact descrip tion of the invention.

My invention relates to a novel design for a folding-bed case, the object being to provide a neat and ornamental device of this character; and it consists in the novel features hereinafter fully described and claimed.

The accompanying drawing illustrates a folding-bed case embodying my design in perspective.

My said design consists in the imitation of an upright piano, the front wall or face being provided with a projection midway between the top and bottom, said projection being flat on its lower face and having an ogee curved upper face, the lower end of said projection being bordered by a convex molding and its upper end by a convex. strip extending transversely across the front face. Below the said projection, at each end of same, are two braces having flat sides, the front faces of said braces each comprising a double ogee curve at the lower end, terminating at the lower end of a small panel containing a fanciful design, such as a leaf in relief thereon. Above said panels said braces have convex projections projecting beyond the panels. The said braces lie within a large panel hav ing a fanciful border and extending from the lower end of the first-named projection to a point adjacent the lower end of the said front wall. Within said large panel and between the braces are two rectangular panels, each bordered by a fanciful molding. Above the first-named projection and at each end of same are two columns in relief,the bases thereof forming panels, in which are contained fanciful designs in relief, the portions of said columns above said bases being convex. Between said columns is a long rectangular panel bordered by a fanciful molding, and in the middle of said panel is a design in relief,

said design comprising a face and a wing on each side of same, the said face being surrounded by a fanciful scroll. Between the ends of the last-named panel and the columns are scroll-designs in relief.

The top and sides of the case are plane, the top being bordered by a fanciful border, while the bottom is bordered by a convex molding.

My said design is very neat and attractive and highly ornamental.

I claim as my invention- The ornamental design for a folding-bed case, substantially as herein shown and de scribed.
