DESIGN FOR A DESK-FRAME.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 13,015, dated June 2'7, 1882.
Application filed March 28, 1882. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, CHARLES PAGE, 2. citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsyl- 5 vania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Desk-Frames, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying photographic illustration, forming part thereof.
A represents the side piece of the frame of the desk, and B the seatsnpport thereof.
In the piece A are panels a with leaves I), a trefoil, c, with leaves 01 radiating therefrom, two connected scrolls, o, with a scroll, f, in the space below said scrolls e, an edge scroll, g, uniting the front edge, 9, of the frame A with the leg 9" thereof, a panel, h, with a diagonal bar, k, and a spirally-fluted arch, m, uniting the legs g'. The sides of the panel h are the legs 9" g. The top and bottom of said panel h are the scroll g and arch m, respectively. The seat'supportB is of tapering form with scrolls n on its side.
I claim- 1. The design for desk-frame, having the panels a with leaves I), substantially as set forth.
2. The design for desk-frame, having a he foil, 0, with leaves (I, substantially as set forth.
3. The design for desk-frame, having two connected scrolls, c, with a scroll,f, below the same, substantially as set forth.
4.. The design for desk-frame, having the frame h with a. diagonal bar, 16, substantially as set forth.
5. The design for desk-frame, having the spirally-finted arch, substantially as set forth.
6. The design for desk-frame, having the panel h, formed of the scroll g at top, arch in at bottom and le s at the sides sul 40 r g g g 1 stantially as set forth.
