HARRY THAYER KINGSBURY, OF KEENE, NEW HAMPSHIRE.
DESIGN FOR A TQY-WAGON BODY.
SPECIFIGATION forming part of Design No. 35,117, dated September 17', 1901.
Application filed August 6, 1901. Serial No. 71,109. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom, it may concern/.-
Be it known that I, HARRY THAYER KINGS- BURY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Keene, in the county of Cheshire, State of New Hampshire, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for Toy- Wagon Bodies, of which the following is a description, reference being had to the accompanying drawing and to the letters of reference marked thereon.
My invention relates to a new and original design for toy-wagon bodies; and it consists in a toy-wagon body of the shape and configuration hereinafter described.
The drawing represents a perspective view of the toy-wagon body embodying my design.
In this drawing, A represents as a whole the wagon body, having at its forward end the upwardly-projecting part B and at its rear the upwardly-projecting part 0, the two projecting parts being connected by the corrugated side bars D, which are connected with the body of the wagon by cross-pieces E. The sides of the wagon-body are provided with two central openings at and with the openings at each end I) of the shape shown with the downwardly-projecting lugs c.
The leading feature of the invention consists in a wagon-body having the corrugated side pieces with the openings and the upwardly-projecting forward and back pieces, one being higher than the-side pieces and the other lower than the same.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design for a toy-wagon body; substantially as shown and described.
In testimony whereof I affix my signature in presence of two witnesses.
