DESIGN FOR A LIBRARY TABLE-DESK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,044, dated September 3, 1901.
Application filed July 311 1901. Serial No- 70,433. Ternfof patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, GUSTAVE STICKLEY, a
.citizen of the United States, residing at Syracuse, in the county of Onondaga, State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Library Table-Desks, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which I show the same in an isometrical view.
As shown in the drawing, the leading or material feature of my design comprises a desk having a top a, supported by angular uprights a in front and b at the rear, the uprights a engaging with the under face of the top and the rear upright 11 extending above the top, as shown.
I) is a cleat secured to the face of the upper portions of the uprightsb above the top. Beneath the top and extending between the uprights a and b are cross-bars c, the ends extending through the uprights a, as shown at c, and cl shows vertically-arranged panels extending between the top a and cross-bar c.
