DESIGN FOR A BOX.
SPECIFICATION forming part Of Design NO. 34,785, dated July 16, 1901.
Application filed May 20, 190]. Serial No. 61,189. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, GEORGE RENNINGER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Glenside, in the county of Montgomery, State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Boxes, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
The figure represents a side elevation of a box embodying my design.
The leading feature of my design forabox is a cylindrical body simulating the body and sections of the cords of-adrnm and a removable lid simulating the top hoop of a drum and sections of cords matching those of the body at the bottom edge of the removable lid, the bottom hoop of the body havingthereon representations of hooks and cords extending downwardly from the body and passing around said hooks.
In the drawing, A designates the body of the box, andB the lid thereof, both of cylindrical form.
On the sides of the body are the representations of a bottom hoop C and hooks D on said hoop. On the side of the body are the representations of sections of cords E, which extend from the bottom edge of the lid to the bottom hoop O and pass around the hooks D thereon. On said cords E are representations of slides F. On the side of the removable lid B are representations of hooks G and sections of cords H, which are represented as broken at the bottom edge of the lid.
