SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 31,099, dated June 27, 1899. Application filed May 31, 1899. Serial No. 718,913- Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HARRY THAYER KINGS- BURY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Keene, in the county of Cheshire, State of New Hampshire, have invented a certain new and original Design for Roof-Blanks for Toy Cars, of which the following is a description, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing and to the letters of reference marked thereon.
This invention relates to a new and original design for a blank for the roofs of toy cars; and it consists of a roof-blank of the shape and configuration hereinafter described, and shown in the accompanying drawing, in which the figure isaplan view of a roof-blank for toy cars embodying my invention.
In the drawing, A represents a flat blank substantially rectangular in shape, having in each end kerfs a a, formingbetween them a tongue I), the outer edge of which extends beyond the plane of the adjacent portion of the end of the blank. In a line between the kerfs a series of oblong openings 0 is formed, and adjacent the side edges are slots (1.
The leading feature of the design is the flat plate having the end kerfs with the tongues between and the openings 0.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-- The design for a roof-blank for toy cars; substantially as shown and described.
