ALEXANDER EUSTON, OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI.
DESIGN FOR A HYDRAULIC-PRESS PLATE.
SPECIFICATION forming part 0f Design N0. 30,790, dated May 16, 1899. Application filed April 3, 1899. Serial No. 711,604. Term of patent 14 years.
To au whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, ALEXANDER EUsToN, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of St. Louis, State of Missouri, have invented a certain new and original Design for a Hydraulic-Press Plate, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in whichl Figure 1 is a top plan View of my new and original design for a hydraulic-press plate. Fig. 2 is a bottom plan view of the same; and Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional View through the plate on line 3 3, Fig. 1.
This invention relates to a new and original design of a hydraulic-press plate; and it consists, essentially, ot' a rectangular frame having a fluted panel in its center, with a plain margin around, the iiutes of said panel running transversely the plate.
In the drawings, A indicates the plate, three sides of which are provided with raised ribs A', while about midway the length of the long sides two projections extend outwardly from each side of the ribs with a small space be tween.
B indicates a panel arranged in the plate so as to leave a plain margin surrounding the same, this panel being tinted, as shown, the flutes thereof extending transversely the plate.
The design for a hyd raulic-press plate, substantially as herein shown and described.
