Be it known that I, EDWARD MILLER, of Akron, in the county of Summit and State of Ohio, have invented a new and original Design for a Glass Bulb for Electric Lamps, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, referen cc being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in which- Figure l is a side elevation of a bulb embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a vertical crosssection on the line X X of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the same.
The design relates to the shape or contour of glass bulbs employed forincandescent elcctric lamps; and its main feature consists in a bulb having a substantially cylindrical or oval body which extends laterally in opposite directions from the base or socket.
In the drawings, 2 represents the lampbase; 3, the body of the bulb, this body extending laterally in opposite directions from the base, thus giving the lamp a peculiar and distinctive appearance.

I claim- The design for a glass bulb for electric lamps substantially as herein shown and described.
