SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,055, dated May 11, 1897.

Application filed April 2, 1897. Serial No. 630,491. Term of patent 33 years.

Be it known that I, An'rnt'n Minnm-z'rox HOSE, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of Yonkers, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Carpet or other Fabric, of which the follow ing is aspecifieation, reference being had more particularly to the accompanying drawing, illustrating the same and forming part hereof.

The leading feature of my design comprises a chintz pattern of delicate scrolls and floral ornaments displayed upon a plain ground.
