DESIGN FOR A DOUCHE-PAN.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,024, dated May 4, 189'7.
Application filed March 13, 1897. Serial No. 627,429. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom t may concern.-
Be it known that we, AGNES ILulLAND and ELINOR D. PRATT, citizens of the United States, residing at San Franeiseo,i11tl1o county of San Francisco, State of California, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Douche-Pans, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of adouohepan showing our design. Fig. E isa substantially central vertical longitudinal section through the saine. Fig. 3 is a vertical transverse section.
The leading feature of the design Consists in the outline of the pan, being fiat upon the under side, its surrounding wall boinghigher at the back than at the front, and a. surrounding lip or flange upon the inner upper face of the pan, this ange or lip being widest at the rear and sloping toward the front, while the remaining portion thereof inciines slightly toward the center of the pan the line of juncture of this flange or lip and the voi-tival wall being upon a curve.
A is the bottom of tho pan, which is hat. B is the vertical surrounding wall. It is of considerably less height at the frontJ C than at The rear D, and at its upper edge is provided with the inwardly-extending flange or lip E, which is narrow at the front, but wider at the rear, which latter portion slopes toward the center of the pan, as shown. This leaves a Substantially heart-Shaped opening in the top. In the flange or lip at the front is an opening F.
