SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,945, dated April 20, 1897.
Application filed January 18, 1897. Serial No. 619,639. Term of patent 14 years.
To aZZ whom it may concern.-
Be itknown that I, CURTIS HUssEY VEEDEE, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of Hartford, State of Con necticut, have invented a certain new and original Design for Oycloineter- Cases, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.
My invention relates to a design for cyclometer cases or shells for supporting the operative parts of such and similar instruments; and it consists in a cycloineter-case having the shape and configuration substantially as shown in the accompanying drawings, in Which- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a shell or case which embodies my design. Fig. 2 is a side elevation of the shell or case shown in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is an end elevation thereof.
Referring particularly to the drawings, it will be seen that the body a of the shell or case is substantially cylindrical,while len gthwise of one side, substantially parallel with the axis of the cylinder, is arranged a rib or protuberance b. In the side of'the body is an opening 0, and in one end thereof is an aperture (Z.
The leading feature of my design, however,
is the substantially cylindrical body with a- CURTIS HUSSEY VEEDER.
