WITNESSES IN VENTOR ATTORNEY UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
\VILLIAH II. MULLINS, 01* SALEM, OHIO.
DESIGN FOR A BAKING-PAN.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,933, dated April 20, 1897.
Application filed March 3, 1897. Serial No 625,901. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, WILLIAM 11. M 0 mass, a citizen of the United States, residing at Salem, in the county of Columbiaua and State of Ohio, haveinvented and produced a new and original Design for Baking-Pansand Similar Utensils, whereof the following is a description, due reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which forms part of this specification and represents in perspective a bakingpan embodying the characteristic features of my design.
Reference being had to the accompanying illustration and letters thereon, it will be noted that in design my novel form of bakingpan comprises upper and lower interchangeable sections A B, which collectively constitute a rectangular figure, as shown. The leading feature of this rectangular pan resides in a series of transverse crimps or corrugations O, which are formed upon or stamped in the strueture-sides, bottom, and top-in parallel adjacent planes, being so spaced and arranged as to register and completely surround the pan, in conjunction with a sur rounding flange D, which bisects said corrugations and constitutes a median line of demarcation between the pan-sections A I This beingsubstantiallyadescription of my present conception, it will be noted that the transverse crimps or corrugations C may be varied somewhat without destroying the coutiuu'uy of my design, and, if desired, the ends E maybe relieved of their plainnessas, for example, by crimpi in: them to correspond with the opposite sides of the pan, which they connect.
Having; thus described my invention, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent. is-- The design for a baking-pan, herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I subscribe my signature in the presence of two witnesses.
WILLIAM ll. MULLINS. \Vitnesses:
