' To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, HERMAN F. Figure l is a perspective view of a toy bank, showing my design. Fig. 2 is a plan View of the same.
The leading and material feature of my design consists in a toy bank having the new and original shape and configuration herein shown and described.
The top 1 of the bank is provided with openings or depressions 2, which are provided with bars or ribs 3 to represent the grate, which is arranged over the burner in gas cookingstoves.
The bank is provided with an elongated opening 4 to permit coins to be deposited therein.
To represent the gas-supply pipe of a gasstove, the bank is provided on two adjacent sides with a rod 5, which is held in place by the lugs 6. One of the sides, as 7, of the bank is provided with raised panels 8, at one side of which are the ribbed bosses 9 and at the other side of which is a boss 10. The bottom 11 of the bank projects somewhat beyond the sides and is provided at the corners with feet 12.
It is apparent that this design may be applied to clock-casings, paper-weights, and similar articles.
Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
