To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, GEORGE C. GARDNER, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new and original Design for a, Track for Door-Hangers, of which the following is a specification.
My invention relates to a new and original design for a track for door-hangers and the like and is illustrated in the accompanying drawings by means of two figures, of which- Figure 1 is a face view or elevation of my design, and Fig. 2 is a section in line 2 2 of Fig. 1.
Referring to the drawings, the track will be seen to be of substantially even thickness and to be composed of a flat rear portion A, curved outward at the top and bottom a a, said curves being continued until the opposite edges approaeh each other at a a, and
then joining reverse curves (1 a from which extend outward substantially straight portions a a", terminating in curves a (1", extending away from each other and completing the outline of the track. The longitudinal parallel elements of the track are preferably straight lines, although I consider this immaterial to my design, the essential fen tnres of which I believe to be the outward curves (1 a, the return a a and the reverse curves (1 a I claim as new and desire to secure by Let tel-s Patent- The design for a track for door-hangers; substantially as shown and described.
