DESIGN FOR A RAISlN-SEEDER FRAME.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,869, dated August 4, 1896.

Application filed May l5, 1896. Serial. No. 591,725. Term of patent 14 years.

Beit known that I, ADAM C. WILLIAMS, of Ravenna,Portage county, Ohio, have invented and produced a certain new and useful Design for Raisin-Seeder Frames; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it pertains to make and usc the same.

My design relates to raisin-seeder frames; and it consists in the following features, as will be hereinafter fully set forth.

In the drawing the iignre is a View in perspective of a frame constructed according to my design.

The leading features of the design are, first, the angular forni of the neck with bifurcated foot; second, in the ornamental configuration of the brace-piece extending from the upper branch of the bifurcated foot to the lower portion of lthe horizontal arm of the angular neck; third, in the head having a side plate and back curved on the inside and angular on the exterior with aboss surinoun ting thehorizontal ledge of the back on the outside and a hopper-shaped portion surinounting the whole.

The angular neck is composed of vertical arm A and horizontal arm A', the vertical arm being provided, at its lower end, with a bifurcated foot, having lower horizontal projections a and upper horizontal projection u'.

Extending from the top of the projection a' and between it and the under side of the horizontal arm A of the neck is a brace B of openwork, formed by a series of ogee curves b Z1 Z1 I), crossing each other, and thus in turn forming a series of elliptical openings b' b' b', in the interior of which are located disks 62112 b2. On the exterior, where the ogee curves cross, are located at either side segments bs b3, the whole constituting th'e brace, as shown and described.

The head C of the frame is constructed with side plate c and back piece c', curved on the interior and on the exterior formed with vertical Iiat face c2 and horizontal fiat face c, the horizontal face being surlnountcd by a boss d, and the whole surmountcd by a hopper-shaped portion D. This head portion is secured to the horizontal arm A' of the neck at the Vertical face c2.
