TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Be it known that I, WALTER S. MINGIS, of the city', county, and State of New York, have invented a new and Improved Design for Children's Round Combs and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification.

The design embraced in the present invcntionjs shown in the accompanying plate of drawings, in which- Figure 1 is a. plan or top view of a child's round comb, ornamented according to the present invention; and

Figure 2 is a side view of the same.

A, in the drawings, represents a child's round comb, which may he made of any of the materials ordinarily employed therefor, and of any size desired. This comb A, around its back, between the inner ends of its teeth and the back edge of the comb, is ornamented with a strip of metal, B, that, at various points of its length, and at equal distances apart, is raised, forming a series of semi-glebnlnr-shaped beads, C; this band being secured to the comb by rivets, or in any suitable manner.
