lfe it known that I, JAMES F. MCELROY, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city and countyof Albany, State ofNew York, have invented and produced anew and original Design for an Electric lleater Case, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the aecompanyingdrawing, forming a part thereof, in which my heater is shown in perspective.

My electric heater case has a cylindrically formed body with a lower Hanging shaped base ring supported by suitable legs, surmounted by an overlapping flanging cover, with a cap and urn.

The leading feature of my design consists in the heater case of the shape shown provided with a series of openings A along, the upper edge of the Hanging collar 13 on the drum D. Upon the Hanging collar ll there rests an overlapping cover C, which is provided with an ornamented cap E and urn l". The heater case is supported by means of suitable legs G G leaving an open space between the floor and thelower end of the drum 1).

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
