Description

Di'iZU EX 0079? CR D 21/382 ISAAC N. IIAXNOLD, OF PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYEYAXTA.
DESIGN FOR A FLASK.
Design No. 21,382, dated March 8, 1 892.
W/T/VESSES: INVENTOH:
UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
DESIGN FOR A.FLASK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,352, dated March 8, 1892. Application filed February I 1392. Serial No. 419,993. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, ISAAC N. HAnNoLo, of the city and county of Philadelphia, and State of Pennsylvania, hnveinvented and produced a new and original Design for n Flask, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part of this specification, in which the figure represents in perspective a flask embodying my new design.
The essential feature of the design consists in the concave-convex configuration.
One side A is concaved transversely, as shown, while the opposite side B is convex.
The minor features of the design will be seen to consist in the general direction of the longitudinal lines of the said sides, the concave side A ranging generally at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the flask, while the side B, in addition to its transverse convexity, is also convexed longitudinally. the lines of said side at the lower corners b all converging to said corners.
The lines of the sides I! are described as convex, since in effect they give-n convex eonfiguration to such side, though not protuberant on regularly-continuous curves.
The coneaved and eonvexed sides are separated ut each side by a band (1, the lines of which extend from the bottom upward over the shoulders c of the flask, snid bands broadening toward their upper terminals.
I claim- The design for a flask, herein shown and described.
