DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE-CASE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,167, dated October 8, 1901.
Application filed August 24,1901. Serial No. 73,208- Term of patent '7 years.
To aZZ whom, it may concern:
Be it known that I, HOMER WORDEN, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design fora Bottle-Case, of whichthe following is a specification.
This is a design fora bottle-case, and relates to the shape "thereof.
The new design is shown in the accompanying drawing, in which the figure is a perspective view of a bottle-case embodying the new design.
Referring to the drawing, the design as a Whole may be considered as composed of three parts A, B, and. G, the part B being intermediate between the upper and lower end portions A and G. The partA has a smooth convex and substantially conical surface a, which terminates at its lower end in a spiral band or convolution b, which is finished off by a slightly-extending flange c. The part B is similar in design to the part A, but of smaller size, having an upper smooth convex and substantially conical surface cl, termicessive bands and smooth convex surfaces and the upper cylindrical cap-shaped portion being distinctive features of my present design.
What I claim is- The design for a bottle-case substantially as herein described and shown.
