DESIGN FOR A FINGER-RING.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 20,737, dated May 19. 1891.

IIEAUH, a citizen of the United States, residing at Newark, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design [or l ingerdtings; and 1 do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the Same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to letters of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.

Referring to said drawings, in which simiiar letters of reference indicate corresponding parts in each figure \here they occur, Figure 1 is a plan, and Fig. 2 an elevation, of a finger-ring, showing my design. Fig. 3 representsin plan a modification of the same, these views being deemed suificieut to fully i]lns trate the design.

| The leading feature of my design consists l more particularly in the peculiar configura- 1 tion of the seal portion of the ring, which presents the appearance of two strands or wires bent and intertwined with one anotherin the form of a knot a, the body of the ring presenting the appearance of a series of strands or wires 1) lying laterally adjacent to one another and intersecting with said knot at each side, as clearly indicated in the drawing.
