Be it known that I, JULIUS PEGEL, a sulr ject; of the Emperor of (icrnmny, residing at znnden, county of (.mnden, and State of New 5 Jersey, haveinventcd and prod need a new and original Design for a Rug; and I do hereby declare that the photographic print accompanying this specification conveys to any one skilled in the art. a clear umlcrstz'nnling of the [0 some, and is sutlieient to enable such persons to use my invention.

The lending feature of my design consists in a center panel ornmnented by a floral representation on an ornamental background in mosaics, as shown. The panel is surrounded Serial No. 204,802,

by a narrow border. The top and bottom of the rug are ornamented by nmssed floral borders. The ends have ornamental floral representations at the two lower corners, as shown.

\Vhat I claim as my invention is A o The design for a rug, consisting of a center panel with the floral representation on a mo saic ground, surrounded by a narrow border, floral borders at top and bottom, and massed floral representations at the two lower corners, 2 5 all as shown.
