To all whom it may concern:
Be itiknown that I, GEORGE it. Osnoim, a
citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design forE-iiseis; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the 531119, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, forming a pa riti thereof.
The leading feature of my design consists oi a conventional imitation of a rustic-work frame, so designed that the cross-bars of the easel; appear to lie acrosscrotches \vheretwigs have been cut from: the upright stems of the easel.
The an nexed drawing represents a perspec tive view of my newly-designed easel.
Each uprightiA represents a conventional i imitation of a stick with the bark on and with stuib ends a and 01 of cut oiT twigs. A lower cross bar, B, lies across the matches formed by the stub ends a, while an upper cross-bar, 0, lies aiciiossithiei crotches formed by the stub ends a. Both cross-bars project at each end beyond the crotches and rcpresenti conventional imitations of sticks with the: bark on.
Thieends: of the crossbars and stuzb ends, as welt as the upper ends of the uprights, are

The slanting ends addi grcatliy to the beauty and natnraliness of my design; bntthcy are not absoliitely essential feat in res thereof.
l I claim as my invention- 1. Thedesign for an easel herein show niand described, the same consisting of a: conventional imitation oil a rustic frame having an upper and a lower cross-ban intermediate the upper and lower ends of the: uprights which said uprights.
2. The design for an easel herein ShiOiWlIl and described, the same consisting of a conventional imitation of a rustic-work frame, in which thecross'bars: respectively cross crotches on the uprights, and in which the upper l portion oil each nprighit is curved outwardly.
