DESIGN FOR TRIMMING.

SPECIFICATION forming part ofDesign No. 16,252, dated September 15, 1885. application filed July 6, I885. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, EDWARD KUMKE,0f the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new Design for Trimming, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact de scription.

Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part of this specification, in which the figure shows a front view of my newly-designed trimming. D

The leading feature of my design consists in the representation of a depending network ornamented by double connected balls at the juncture of the strands; also, in the ornamentation of the lower edge of the net-work by a row of balls having conical stems presenting the appearance of spirally-wound strands.

In the drawings, D represents the band, from which depends the net-work 0,0rnan1ented on its lower edge with balls A, having conical stems a, presenting the appearance of spirally-wound strands, and the net-work is also ornamented between its edges at the juncture of its strands by double connected balls.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is

The design for trimming herein shown and described, the same consisting in the depending net-work O, ornamented between its longitudinal edges at the juncture of its strands by the double connected balls B, and on its lower edge by balls A, having stems a.
