SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 15,105, dated June 24,1884.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, WILLIAM WIBERLEY, of Peekskill, \Vestchester county, State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Fringes and Trimmings, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, making part of this specification.

The design relates to fringes and trimmings; and it consists of a fringe or trimming formed of a heading, and of drops or pendants having straight upper parts, and a number of tufted t balls at the lower end.

A in the drawing represents a plain or ornarnental heading froln which are suspended the drops or pendants B B, which have a straight upper part, 00,, having the appearance of what is known as rat-tailed, and a number of tufted balls or similar figures, b, below 20 said straight upper part, said balls being separated by contracted portions d. The straight rat-tailed upper part, a, is of less diameter than the balls and imparts a characteristic ap pearance to the fringe or trimming.

Having thus described my invention, I claim 7 as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- WILLIAM 'WIBERLEY'.
