To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ANTHONY DoNzEL, of the city and county of Philadelphia, in the State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Fringe, of which design the following is a. specification.

The accompanying drawing is a side vie of a section of fringe embodying and illustrating my design, which consists in a fringe having a hending,.A, to which is attached aseries of pendants, B, ofsubstautially-cylindricalcontour, each composed of chenille threads twisted helieally about the axis of the pendant and projecting loosely therefrom. The fringe is ornamented by a series of figures having the form of Greek crosses, each occupying portions of three or more pendants, and being formed of warp-threadsof a color dili'erent from the ground or body color of the pendants, said figures beingnrrengedinregular orderthroughout the length of the fringe.
