DESIGN FOR WOODEN CIGAR-LIGHTER.

Specification forming part of Design No. 10,707, dated June 4, 1878; application filed March 2l, 1878. [Term of patent 7 years] To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, lTATHANIEL FULLER and JOSEPH A. BROWN, both of Boston, in the county of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts, have jointly originated and designed Ornamenta-l Wood Spirals, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference bein g had to the accompanying drawing, inaking part of this specification.

The nature of our design is fully represented in the accompanying drawing, to which reference is made.

Our design for Wood spirals consists in pro riding suoli spirals with a colored spiral band or engl, which band or end may be of any desired color or colors, and the said colored spiral band may be of any desired width or depth from the end. For instance, we make it as a very narrow stripe upon the edge or end of the Wooden spiral, or as Wide as the wooden spiral itself', and any and all graduations between such extremes. Wooden spirals so col ored and ornamented form a very attractive and beautiful design for ornamental purposes.

In the drawing, a shows the spiral, and b shows its colored edge or band, running spirally from top to bottom thereof, as shown.

1Nhat We claim as our invention is- The hereindescribed design for ornamental wood spirals, composed of a colored spiral edge or band of suitable Width, in the manner above set forth.
