Specification forming part of Design No. 10, 149, dated August 14, 1877 application filed July 30, 1877. [Term of Patent 3;} years] To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I JOHN HAMER, a citizen of Great Britain, residing in the county of Dutchess and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be Printed on Druggets, Felts, or other Fabrics used for Carpeting, or to be inwrought in such colors as may be desired; and I do hereby declare that the photographic print accompanying this specification does give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-printing a more definite and thorough description of the nature of my invention than it is in the power of language to convey, and it is suflicient to enable any photographic print accompanying this specification.
