TO ALL WHOM-IT MAY CONCERN: ,i
Be it known that I, GEORGE II. TIFT, of Morrisville, Lamoille county-State o fVermont, haveinvented an improved Machine for Washing Vegetables; and I do hereby declare the following tobe an exact description thereof', reference being,` had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of` reference marked thereon, making a part of this specification, in-which- Figure 1 represents a top View of. the washer.

l The nature ot' my invention consists in an open cylinder, formed of rounds', with adoor, the cylinder operating in a concavebox, and adjustable at the sides by mea'ns of pivoted supports.
