IMPROVEMENT IN TAG-HOLDERS.

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Be it known that I, A. GRUSIIUS, of St. Paul, in the county of Ramsey,.and State of Minnesota, have invented a new and improved Tag-Holder; and I do hereby declare that the following is afull, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to makevandnse the same, reference being had tol theaccompanying drawings, forming part of this specification.

The present invention'relates to a holder for tags to cloth and other material, which holder is made of spring wire in a peculiar shape, whereby'it can be fastened to and detached from the cloth, 8vo., with great facility. In the accompanying plate of drawings my improved tag-holderis illustrated- Figure 1 being-a view of the same detached from a tag, and

A, in the drawings, represents my improved tag-holder, which is made of spring wire, bent so as to cross itself' at B, with the outer end C to each arm D thus formed,l made sharp-pointed, as shown at Il-,hso as to be susceptible of being forced through the cloth, Btc., the tag being hung at its two-end, F, as shown.

Among the many advantages of my improved tag-holder may be here mentioned that it can be easily attached and detached, and will hold with 'great firmness and security, it holding by pressure both points passing throughv the cloth, &c. y v

I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The tag-holder, made substantially as herein described'.
