- Device for locking a pivoting window in its closed position and in a partly open or ajar position characterised in that it comprises resilient means for urging the window to its closed position, a three-lug locking member pivoted about an axis parallel to the plane of said window and comprising a control lug adapted when rotated to cause the simultaneous rotation of the one hand of a second lug adapted to retain the window in the ajar position, said second lug being directed substantially at right angles to said control lug, and on the other hand of a third intermediate locking lug driven with a moderate clearance, against which the window is pressed in the closed position, and a resilient member normally urging said locking member to its locking position.
- Locking device characterised in that said resilient member comprises a spring blade bent twice substantially at right angles and in opposite directions.
- Locking device characterised in that said spring blade comprises an opening adapted to co-act with a heel formed integrally with said locking lug in the closed position of said window.
- Locking device characterised in that the lug adapted to set the window ajar comprises an integral heel adapted to co-act with the spring blade for releasing the window.
- Locking device characterised in that said locking lug comprises a projection engaged by said spring blade for locking the device in the ajar position.
- Locking device characterised in that said locking lug has formed therein a notch engageable by said spring blade in the window release position.
