IM PROVEM ENT IN RAILWAY-LANTERNS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent N0. 201,741, dated March 26, 1878; application led February 16, 1872i.V
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, MYRON M. BUCK, of the city of St. Louis, and Stateof Missouri, have invented a certain new and useful Improvement in Railway-Lanterns, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification.
My improvement consists in providing the bottomor base of the lantern with openings to admit the foot to rest through to hold the lantern in place when both hands are in use.
