  • an inner surface of each cover body 2 is printed with a pattern or decorative design before molding; thereafter, each cover body 2 is molded via suction molding; as a result, the pattern portion 221 is defined on the inner surface each cover body 2 .
  • the second adapting portion is defined as a gib 41 .
  • the gib 41 is inserted into the insertion groove 31 of each corresponding semi-sphere case 11 .
  • the gib 41 has a root 411 .
  • the root 411 is connected to each corresponding cover body 2 so that the gib 41 is fixed to each corresponding cover body 2 .
  • the root 411 is stuck on each corresponding cover body 2 .
  • the root 411 is connected to each corresponding cover body 2 via hot-melt process.
  • the positioning rim 4 has a connection segment 412 connected between the gib 41 and the root 411 .
  • each cover body 2 when a user wants to assemble the two cover bodies 2 to the main body 1 , the user puts each cover body 2 onto each corresponding semi-sphere case 11 from the opening 21 so that each cover body 2 completely covers each corresponding semi-sphere case 11 ; thereafter, the user inserts the gib 41 into the insertion groove 31 of each corresponding semi-sphere case 11 ; as a result, each cover body 2 is fixed on each corresponding semi-sphere case 11 of the main body 1 .
  • Each cover body 2 has a positioning rim 4 A mounted around one side thereof.
  • the positioning rim 4 A has a root 411 A which is sewed on each cover body 2 .
  • the positioning rim 4 A has a connection segment 412 A connected between a gib 41 A thereof and the root 411 A.
  • the gib 41 A has an eaves portion 413 A extending from a top of the root 411 A toward the connection segment 412 A.
  • the eaves portion 413 A is configured to conceal a sewing site A on the root 411 A.
  • Each cover body 2 has a positioning rim 4 B mounted around one side thereof.
  • the positioning rim 4 B has a root 411 B which is sewed on each cover body 2 .
  • the positioning rim 4 B has a connection segment 412 B connected between a gib 41 B thereof and the root 411 B.
  • the connection segment 412 B extends from a top of the root 411 B toward the gib 41 B.
  • the connection segment 412 B conceals a sewing site B on the root 411 B.
  • Each semi-sphere case 11 has an adaptor mounted around an inner edge thereof.

  • the cover body 2 A has a plurality of assembling spaces 21 A. Each assembling space 21 A is formed at each corresponding corner of the cover body 2 A. After defining cover body 2 A, a protective corner member 22 A is assembled at each assembling space 21 A.
  • the positioning rim 4 is mounted around the cover body 2 A as several of said embodiments.
  • a pattern sticker 23 A is laid on an inner surface of the cover body 2 A.
  • the cover body 2 A is fixed to each corresponding semi-sphere case 11 as several of said embodiments.
  • each cover body can protect the suitcase from being damaged, so that the suitcase would be always in good shape.
