- the swing structure 402 turns to perform a power running operation, it is estimated that the next operation will be performed to decrease the speed of turning. In the present embodiment, it is particularly preferred that the next operation of the swing structure 402 be estimated.
- the amount of electrical power to be regenerated can be determined by calculating the potential energy, for example, from the weight m [g] of earth placed in the bucket and from the height h [m] derived from the attitude information about the work section 400 .
- the capacitor status detection section 41 detects a current capacitor voltage, that is, the current voltage v 0 of the capacitor.
- the capacitor target voltage setup section 42 determines the capacitor target voltage V c * in accordance with the discharge command calculated as described above.
