  • the particles with CERAC pigment do not have fissure, as the magnet pigment (23 nm average particle size) does not cause tension forces in the layer so that no fissures are created during the spray drying process. Furthermore, the small CERAC-particles are also incorporated in the fine content so that there are no non-magnetic particles contained therein. The particles are also substantially smaller than the particles with mica which can be observed in these figures with the same magnification. MGPs with the other magnetic pigments are shown at the same magnification in FIG. 6 to FIG. 10.
