By referring to the drawings it will be seen that a brush holder 5 is provided having a stud 7, oil-which the member 6 is nountedto rot-ate, this member 6 being pro titled with brushes 8 on its periphery, the face 9 of the member 6 being provided with cups or buckets 10, against which a collimn of water may be directed by the nozzle 11, which is connected with a garden hose 12, the nozzle 11 being supported by the arms of the bracket 14.

As will best be seen by referring to Fig. 3 of the drawings the bracket 14: has a looped portion 15, which is disposed around the brush holder 5, the bracket 14; being then bent laterally to form the arms 13, which embrace the nozzle 11. It will be understood that the bracket 14 may be adjusted longitudinally on the brush holder 5 and may be held in adjusted position by the winged screw 17 so that brushes of any desired kind and size may be used.
Having thus described my invention, I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patents In an. article oil the class described a brush holder, a brush mounted to rotate thereon. cups secured to the brush and extending therefrom in one direction, a looped bracket disposed around the brush holder and having terminals extending in the said direction for embracing; a nozzle for directing a fluid against the cups, the cups being so proportioned that they will direct the water to the bristles.
