To all whom at may concern: I Be it known that I, JOSEPH D. BRYAN, a citizen of the United States,,residing at Oklahoma city, in the county of Oklahoma andS tate of Oklahoma, have invented certain new and useful Improvements inScrub: bing-Brushes, of which-the following is a description, reference being had to the drawings hereto annexed.

proved brush comprises, in part, a handle portion 4 which terminates in a substantiallyhemispherical or dome-like'head 5, said handle and headbeing hollow to allow the passage of water through them. The handle 4 is adapted to beattached to a flexible hose 6, so thatthe water maybe supplied to it'under pressure from any suitable source, andit is also provided with a manually operable valve 7 so that the supplyof water maybe adjusted or entirely out off at will.

Having thus described the invention, what I claim is: v

A fountain-brush comprising a base, a nozzle extending therefrom at right-angles and integral therewith, a flange about-the base, a screw-threaded rim in juxtaposition to said flange, a dome housing said nozzle provided with screw-threads to engage the screw-threads on said screw threaded rim,

said dome being also provided with perforations located radially with respect to the nozzle, tufts in the perforations, thim bles for holding thetufts in and against the walls of the perforations, and having channels through whichgbhe fluid spurt-s.
