constructed somewhat on the lines of a co1'-l set waist and which is madein two halves or sections connected by laces atl the'front and by hooks and eyes at--the back. -Each section of the form comprises a back piece, a side piece and a front piece connected by scams and having light bones inserted alongy the seam lines to give slight and easy support. The shoulder straps are adjustable position of the form vertically.

, The laced' front is covered by a full oi' loose curtain which conceals the lacing and prevents the covering` or dress goods of the gown from injury by coming in contact with vthe laces or eyelets. The curtain is loose at the bottom and it is connected at its side edges with the sides of the garment along thevlines of the seams which connect the side pieces .thereof with the front pieces. rIhe curtain has considerable fullness and its widthmay be adjusted by a draw string connected with its upper edge which is attached to the opposite side edges of the tions A and B, each of which' comprises a" v front piece or form a, aside piece or form l),

and a back pieceor form c. These are suitably shaped to form when sewed together a foundation lining of the 'general form ,or shape shown in the drawings. Light bones `a' are inserted in the seams orl wherever necessary to give light' andeasy support.
