Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу изготовления формованных пищевых продуктов, таких как мясо, рыба, дичь, птица, углеродосодержащие продукты и/или овощи, и/или смеси таких продуктов, изготовляют замороженный полуфабрикат, и этот полуфабрикат в рамках процесса переработки в пределах линии переработки с применением по крайней мере однократного процесса формования превращают в пищевой продукт желательных контуров, причем в процессе формования полуфабрикат с целью получения нужных контуров с помощью по меньшей мере одного штампа прижимают к плоской или фасонной упорной плите. Изобретение обеспечивает более щадящие режимы осуществления известных способов формования. Для щадящей переработки изобретение предлагает тактовый режим формования или выполнение формования в несколько этапов частичного прессования, которые регулируются давлением или длиной пути штампа.
