Abstract

Смесительно-месильное устройство (1) для непрерывного процесса подготовки, содержащее находящийся в корпусе шнековый вал (3), который вращается и одновременно осуществляет поступательное движение в осевом направлении. Для обеспечения возможности стабильно повышать пропускную способность устройства его шнековый вал должен соответствовать следующим геометрическим соотношениям:- отношение Da/Di наружного диаметра Da к внутреннему диаметру Di шнекового вала должно находиться в интервале от 1,5 до 2,0;- отношение Da/H наружного диаметра Da шнекового вала к поступательной составляющей Н движения должно находиться в интервале от 4 до 6;- отношение Т/Н шага Т шнека к поступательной составляющей Н движения должно находиться в интервале от 1,3 до 2,5.Смесительно-месильное устройство (1) с таки�
