Abstract
Изобретение касается способа изготовления низкоуглеродистой стальной полосы, которая не содержит трещин и дефектов поверхности, из частично успокоенного Mn и Si стального расплава, путем его отливки с содержанием серы от 20 до 300 частей на миллион и соотношением Mn/Si ≥ 3 при применении силы формования полосы от 2 до 50 кН/м.
