Abstract

Описано установку прямой плавки для получения расплавленного металла из металлосодержащего загружаемого материала с использованием ванны расплавленного металла, на основе процесса прямой плавки. Установка включает газоподающий трубопровод, простирающийся от системы газооснащения, расположенной вне конвертера, для подачи кислородсодержащего газа, к газоинъекционным фурмам, вставленных в конвертер прямой плавки. Газоподающий трубопровод включает отдельный магистральный газоподающий трубопровод, присоединенный к газоинъекционным фурмам, для подачи кислородсодержащего газа к газоинъекционным фурмам. Магистральный газоподающий трубопровод расположенный на высоте над нижней половиной конвертера.
