Abstract

Предметом данного изобретения является способ определения количественного состава продукта со следующими этапами:облучение продукта источником излучения в диапазоне ближнего инфракрасного излучения;прием излучения, которое отражается или передается продуктом, и подготовка выходного сигнала в соответствии с интенсивностью принятого излучения при нескольких разных длинах волн;определение на основании выходного сигнала с помощью математического метода, находится ли продукт в пределах предварительно определенных критериев целостности или нет, причем подвижный продукт содержит раствор или гомогенную дисперсию, и на основании выходного сигнала количественно определяется содержание, по меньшей мере, одной субстанции, которая содержится в дисперсии или растворе, а также устройство для осуществления этого способа.
