Abstract
Данное изобретение касается способа одновременного производства гексаметилендиамина и аминокапронитрила. Детальнее он касается способа одновременного получения гексаметилендиамина и аминокапронитрила путем полугидрогенизации адипонитрила, который включает стадию отделения гексаметилендиамина от гидрогената путем дистилляции гексаметилендиамина. Дистилляцию гексаметилендиамина осуществляют из гидрогената, содержащего свободную кислоту и/или кислую соль щелочного металла или аммония. Таким образом, верхняя фракция А, которую отделяют в верхней части колонки стадии дистилляции гексаметилендиамина, преимущественно содержит необработанный гексаметилендиамин с небольшим количеством ТГА. Количество ТГА, имеющее в необработанном гексаметилендиамине, представляет собой небольшую часть ТГА, имеющегося в гидрогенате.
