Abstract

Заявленное изобретение касается новых соединений, которые имеют действие положительного аллостерического модулятора рецептора ГАМК(РГВ), способов получения указанных соединений и их применение, как вариант, в комбинации с агонистом ГАМК, для ингибирования преходящей релаксации нижнего пищеводного сфинктера, для лечения болезни желудочно-пищеводный рефлюкс, а также для лечения функциональных желудочно-кишечных расстройств и синдрома раздраженного кишечника (СРК).
