Abstract

Реферат Пристрій для дугового зварювання містить вхідний випрямляч з входами для підключення до мережі живлення, фільтри-конденсатори, ключі, зварювальний трансформатор, конденсатори, вихідний випрямляч, дросель, клеми. Первинна обмотка зварювального трансформатора однією стороною з`єднана через конденсатор з загальною точкою інших конденсаторів, з`єднаних між собою послідовно та підключених з однієї сторони через ключ до спільної точки фільтра-конденсатора та виводу вхідного випрямляча. З іншої сторони конденсатори підключені через інший ключ до спільної точки іншого виводу вхідного випрямляча та іншого фільтра-конденсатора. Інша сторона первинної обмотки зварювального трансформатора підключена до спільної точки фільтрів конденсаторів, з`єднаних між собою послідовно для підключення цієї точки до нульового дроту мережі живлення. Вторинна обмотка зварювального трансформатора підключена паралельно через вихідний випрямляч та послідовно через дросель до клем для з`єднання з дуговим проміжком.Abstract The device for arc welding contains an input rectifier with inputs for connection to the power supply, filters-capacitors, switches, welding transformer, capacitors, output rectifier, inductor, terminals. The primary winding of the welding transformer on one side is connected through a capacitor with a common point of other capacitors connected in series and connected on one side through a key to a common point of the filter-capacitor and the output of the input rectifier. On the other hand, the capacitors are connected via another key to a common point of the other output of the input rectifier and another filter-capacitor. The other side of the primary winding of the welding transformer is connected to a common point of the filters of the capacitors connected in series to connect this point to the neutral wire of the power supply. The secondary winding of the welding transformer is connected in parallel through the output rectifier and in series through the choke to the terminals for connection to the arc gap.
