Abstract

In a method for production of table semisweet white wine, providing for the grinding of grape, separation of must from fiber, its settling, must fermentation, clarification, sulphitation, filtration and blending of treated wine materials and according to the invention as raw materials grape of Sukholimanskyi White, Fetaska and Aligote varieties are used, and the blending of table wine materials of said varieties is performed in the ratio of 2:1:1, and preserved must of Sukholimanskyi White grape variety is added to sugar content in the blend of 3.5-4.0 g/100 cm3.
