Abstract
Способ получения марочного десертного белого вина предусматривает использование сортового винограда, его дробление, сульфитацию мезги, настаивания сусла на мезге на протяжении 50-72 часов, отделения сусла от мезги, введение в сусло чистой культуры дрожжей, спиртование сусла, осветление виноматериалов, их выдержку на протяжении первого года в дифференционном температурном режиме в зависимости от сезонов года.
