Винахід надає спосіб поліпшення контролю за фармакокінетичними і фармакологічними властивостями фармацевтично активних речовин. Він стосується також частинок активних речовин і їх застосування в рецептурах для ін'єкцій з пролонгованим виділенням. Мікросферичні частинки для парентеральної ін'єкції фармацевтично активної речовини є твердими непористими мікросферами, що мають діаметр 1 – 300 мкм, і виконані з однієї або декількох фармацевтично активних речовин.
