Abstract

Винахід стосується способу виробництва високоміцного сталевого листа з покриттям, що має межу текучості >550 МПа, межу міцності на розтягування TS>980 МПа і підвищену пластичність та деформованість. Сталь містить, мас. %: 0,15≤С≤0,25, 1,2≤Si≤1,8, 2≤Μn≤2,4, 0,1≤Cr≤0,25, Αl≤0,5, решта – Fe і неминучі домішки. Лист піддають відпалу при температурі між ТА1=Ас3-0,45*(Ms-QT) і ТА2=830° С протягом, принаймні 30 с, потім гартують за допомогою його охолоджування до температури гартування QT 180-300 °C, нагрівають до температури РТ перерозподілу 380-480 °C протягом часу перерозподілу Pt, що становить 10-300 с, після чого його або піддають нанесенню покриття гарячим способом і охолоджуванню до кімнатної температури з інтенсивністю охолоджування, принаймні 25 °C/с нижче 300 °C або безпосередньо охолоджують до кімнатної температури з інтенсивністю охолоджування, принаймні 25 °C/с і далі піддають цинкуванню електролітичним способом або охолоджують до кімнатної температури з інтенсивністю охолоджування, принаймні 25 °C/с, без нанесення покриття. Сталь за винаходом містить 5-25 % міжкритичного фериту, принаймні 50 % мартенситу, підданого перерозподілу, принаймні 10 % залишкового аустеніту, менше 10 % свіжого мартенситу і бейніту, причому сума мартенситу, підданого перерозподілу, і бейніту складає принаймні 60 %, Винахід також стосується листа, що виготовляють, з покриттям або без покриття.
